Hanukkah - Day 2

Today was much smaller that yesterday. Carly got to pick which pressies she wanted from two piles. The Mom and Dad pile and the "everyone else" family pile. From us, she picked a collection of Cinderella stamps and inks and 2 Princess puzzles - Belle and Ariel. And from Grandpa Alan and Marie, she picked 2 gifts (they sent 8 small gifts and she didn't get one last night) and she got a Princess crown and earrings and some beautiful princess "high" heels complete with jewels and feathers. She'll try the shoes on tomorrow. We were ready to go to the hockey game.

We set up the dollhouse today and opened up the other rooms furniture that Grandma Cookie, Grandpa Lee, Alli and David supplied. It looks great and Carly LOVES it. She played with it for over 2 hours today until we pulled her away for a bath. Oh this is a great gift. I never had a dollhouse growing up (Alli will confirm) so I'm totally living vicariously through my daughter on this one.

Pictures tomorrow.
